How do you guarantee your products quality?

We will have a self inspection before shipment and we also welcome a third party inspection

Can you put my logo or on the goods for my small order business?

We can do that, for the detail, please contact us.

When can I expect my order?

As usual, lead time 15 days for mass production after we got your deposit. And 7 days for sample production.

Do you have any MOQ limited for orders?

Most of our products have a low MOQ, 500pcs are OK, please contact us and get a talk.

Do you have any work experience with retailers or big companies?

We have worked with some big companies for several years, such as Coles,Clas ohlson,COOP and etc.Besides, we have passed their technical inspection(factory audit).

If we only have a ideal, how can we make it become a real product?

We have a professional designers team, and they can make your ideal become a artwork, then we can make samples for you first, after this, we can go ahead with mass production.

I would like to become a reseller. Is this possible?

If you want to sell our products in your shop, we can provide you pictures, material, weight, size, package information to you.

How long does it take to process my order?

We begin to process your order as soon as we receive it; your order is usually ready for dispatch within 3-20 working days subject to stock availability.
